reading along in lurkerville, and the idea runs through my mind... vulcans have copper based blood, but are they still carbon based enities?   besides hortas(silicia based) are any other species non carbon?  would it make a difference really and truly?

Hi, trying to find a fic. Spock is on the enterprise, when all the sudden he realizes that Kirk is feeling turned on by someone. Goes down planetside, to find Kirk making out with someone- who turns out to be another Spock from an alternate universe.
